How To Create an Identity using Outlook:

1. Click on the Start button

2. Click on Settings.     Note: Some setups of XP do not have this. If yours does not skip to Step 3.

3. Double-click on Mail

4. Click on the Show Profile button

5. Click on the Add button

6. Enter the name you would like to be assigned to this account, then click on the OK button
