How To Setup Your Macintosh - Entourage E-Mail for the First Time:

1. Open Microsoft Entourage.

2. Click on Tools, then select Accounts.

3. Click the New button.

4. In the First name textbox, enter first name.     In the Last name textbox, enter last name. 5. Click on the   in the bottom, right-hand corner.

6. This page is optional.     Click on the   in the bottom, right-hand corner.

7. This page is also optional.     Click on the   in the bottom, right-hand corner.

8. Pick the first option, I want to start using Entourage without importing anything.     9. Click on the   in the bottom, right-hand corner.

10. Click on the   in the bottom, right-hand corner.

11. In the Your name textbox: enter your full name     12. Click on the   in the bottom, right-hand corner.

13. In the E-mail address textbox: enter your e-mail address.     14. Click on the   in the bottom, right-hand corner.

15. In the Incoming mail server textbox: enter mail.svtv.com       In the Outgoing (SMTP) mail server textbox: enter mail.svtv.com     16. Click on the   in the bottom, right-hand corner.

17.  In the Account ID textbox: enter the ID for this account.        This is the text in your e-mail address before the @ symbol.        18. In the Password textbox: enter the password for this account. 19. Click on the   in the bottom, right-hand corner.

20. In the Account Name textbox: enter the name for this account. 21. Click on the   in the bottom, right-hand corner.

22.  This is your choice.        Click Yes to make Entourage your default e-mail program.        Click No if you would like another e-mail program to be their default program.

23. Setup is complete.

How To Change Your Macintosh - Entourage E-Mail:

1. Open Microsoft Entourage.

2. Click on Tools, then select Accounts.

3. Click on the email account once to highlight it. 4. Click the Edit button.

Here is where you will verify the correct settings, and make the appropriate changes.

5. Under Personal information     In the Name textbox: enter your full name     In the E-mail address textbox: enter your correct email address

6. Under Receiving mail     In the Account ID textbox: should equal the text in your e-mail address before the @ symbol.     In the POP server textbox: mail.svtv.com     In the Password textbox: reenter the password for this account

7. Under Sending mail     In the SMTP server textbox: mail.svtv.com

8. Click OK.

9. Close the mail window by clicking on the red circle in the top, left-hand corner.
